M.Phil. Board for correction of naval records is a Postgraduate Academic Research Degree course. The Board for Corrections of Naval Records (BCNR) represents the Secretary of the Navy. That Board will analyze a constituent's help record and any proof he/she submits and will make suggestions to the Secretary of the Navy concerning any remedial activity considered suitable.
