UNIT PRODUCTION MANAGER (UPM) is the DGA–affirmed title for the top beneath the-line staff position, in charge of the organization of an element film or TV creation. Non-DGA preparations may consider it the creation administrator or generation chief. They work intimately with the line maker. Some of the time the line maker is the UPM. A senior maker may allocate an UPM more than one generation at any given moment 

The UPM, under the supervision of the business, is required to organ
